THE HANGED NUN

This is the inn Logan Bartholom, Nighthunter, stays in at the start of the first book (A Dark Heritage). Before the onset of his Ghost-initiated amnesia, he journeyed into Little Beddin and decided to rent room five in the upper floor of the Hanged Nun, because he sensed something extra-natural Haunting that room.

Ground Floor of the inn

He meets Kora Lightfoot, who owns and runs the inn, and spends a somewhat hesitant night with her after he loses his memory. She tells him the story of how he dissipated a shade from room five when he first arrived, revealing the difference in his personality between when he remembered his entire past and when he didn’t. The catch is, he didn’t get rid of the shade, but bound it to his will… and he can’t remember why.

Upper Floor of The Hanged Nun. Room Five is the one right at the back.

These 3D floor plans were a lot of fun to make, using the Room Sketcher app. It costs a little bit of money to generate a 3D floor plan using it, but no more than what you’d pay for a cup of coffee. (I am in no way affiliated with the people behind the app, by the way.)

As for the novel A Dark Heritage, the e-book’s publication date is rolling around very soon. We have just completed the book cover design.
